These terms explain how Bag for More works and what you agree to when you create an account, browse offers, or place an order.
1. The service
Bag for More connects customers with local shops in Cairo, Egypt offering surplus food as mystery bags. You browse offers in the app, reserve a bag, then collect it in person at the shop. The service is currently available for Cairo pickups only. By creating an account, browsing offers, or placing an order, you agree to use Bag for More only for lawful personal use and in line with these terms.
2. Your account
Keep your account details accurate and protect your sign-in information. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
3. Orders and pickup
Each listing shows the price, the kind of bag, and the pickup window. Bag contents can vary — that is part of a mystery bag. Please arrive within the shown pickup window, bring the order code from the app, and follow any instructions shown for that shop.
4. Payment
Payment happens at the shop when you collect your bag. You pay the store directly. Bag for More does not take card payments in the app today. If something goes wrong with payment at the counter, contact us through Support.
5. Cancellations
Customers may cancel an order in the app at any time before the bag is collected. Shops may cancel an order until one hour before the pickup window starts. If a shop needs to cancel closer to pickup, or needs help with an exceptional payment dispute after money was taken at the counter, the shop should email Bag for More support. We will work with the shop and the customer to resolve it.
6. Food safety
Partner shops are responsible for preparing and handing over food safely. After pickup, you are responsible for checking the food, following any storage guidance, and considering allergies or dietary needs before eating.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, interfere with the service, create false orders, resell bags without permission, or use another person's account without consent.
8. Changes
We may update features, partners, prices, availability, and these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the latest terms.
